Appliances braking down and sinks, toilet and shower break down too!
Last night I was playing sims 4, trying to make happy my couple weeks maried sims, which they just had a baby, and everything started to break down. sinks to fridge would go bad. I passed 2-3 days in game of hell. Sometimes this game gets really crazy and intense.

That sounds quite frustrating! I'm not sure if TS4 has it since I don't play it, but in TS3 I always had at least one Sim with a high handiness skill, and I would have them give the unbreakable upgrade to everything possible! It made it so much nicer.
That reminds me, I haven't played it in a little while. I probably should!
