I remember on reddit a couple years back someone posted a picture of a dude's play mat he busted out at an MTG draft that was full of dads with kids. Anime boobies. I believe the story was he ended up banned.
Agreed and I'm one of those people who has that type of playmat. Unfortunately you have to realize that when you're going out in public you have to play to the lowest common denominator. And the lowest common denominator is not the sort of people who want to look at playmats that have barely not naked women all over them.
