Any way to get a Tarellian ship in STO?
There seems to be hundreds of ships available, from all the big factions, and even ones that only exist in STO.
Do niche ships like the Tarellian ship from TNG: "Haven" exist ingame? I checked the wiki and did not find evidence, suggesting it is not ingame. It is my favourite Trek ship and I am hoping for a miracle. Maybe its missing from the wiki, maybe there is a custom ship designer that could be used to make something like it, etc.

Unfortunately not - and it's a damn shame, since I agree that it's one of the better ships-of-the-week. Maybe some day...

I looked around today as well and concur that specific vessel isn't in the game. However, you might find some others appealing. For example, the 32nd century vessels have a similar feel to them as massive mobile space stations.
If you want something smaller but not the "typical" Star Trek ship (i.e. SF, Rom, Klingon), you might take a look at the Husnock.
