What part of cyber security? Defensive, offensive, SOC, security analyst, reverse engineering, the list goes on.

The phrase you should look for is Red Team, or Teaming, reverse engineering is also good to search for.
Capture the flag are little exercises is offensive security you can test your skills on as you learn more.
