In the past I might've had hope, but in this political reality it might no longer be possible. Even if the writers planned it from the start, there ain't a chance the producers greenlight obviously queer coded characters openly being queer.

As is The Dragon Prince (with lesbian characters) and KPop Demon Hunters, along with many, many other shows.

Do they have also have slow burns? She-Ra is I think 5 seasons before the main couple actually even kiss.

Yeah, but She-Ra is queer through and through. The Dragon Prince originally has a slow-burn between two supporting characters (a deaf woman and a sunfire elf) but they later enter a romantic relationship. As for KPop Demon Hunters, I like that film but it has no canon queer characters... but you can interpret queer themes and undertones if you like in certain parts, like in the finale (not giving any spoilers for that). It's a great film in its own right.

I mean the meme is to have the peak wlw slowburn, which I think She-Ra does over the course of several seasons. I watched Dragon Prince, but not the others; though they don't sound like they have wlw slowburn? I'm not really sure what you are meaning.

The Dragon Prince, Amaya and Jinai aren't originally in a relationship, and they slowly get more involved, and eventually they marry... At least that's my memory. I don't know if that counts as slowburn, but I think it would. There's a LOT of seasons of the Dragon Prince, so I can't blame you for that. I even had to catch up because I was behind by two seasons.

As for SPOP, it surely does fall into wlw slowburn.
