There are no "hate speech" laws in the USA, "hate speech" is not a legally defined term in the USA, and the supreme court has ruled (unanimously, including all the "useful idiot" left-wing justices) again and again that the government may not discriminate against speech based on the speakers viewpoint, most recently ruling in 2017.
