Flip entire stacking order bottom to top
Go straight mustard (or dijonnaise) instead of gg
Switch the coleslaw for kraut/pickles or a zesty pasta salad like the space torpedo had
That looks incredible and I'm filled with envy
On your notes, might I suggest you consider horseradish sauce? I've always found it's an amazing combo in a beef and turkey sandwich
