At first I thought that had nothing to do with anything.... then it zoomed out and showed their positions were within feet of Kirk. I can't say for sure that this was an inside job, but those movements definitely indicate some kind of coordination was used - so it's now believable this wasn't a lone gunman.
And the guy in black makes weird gesture the moment Kirk says his last words. It's all just weird as fuck.

The real problem here is that everyone feels they have an interest in the investigation going one way or another. So they ignore evidence that is right in front of their eyes. And because everything is so disorganized, there is no clear or coherent narrative that can be proven or disproven which just leads to more speculation and confusion.

I can't confirm anything about what those signals mean, if anything. I can confirm with zero knowledge of military signals, the two guys standing about a foot behind Charlie Kirk when he was murdered were acting weird and making odd/awkward gestures just before he was shot.
