This guy's a turd but this is probably the right move. Studies are showing that the effects of THC on a developing brain aren't great.
Cannabis prohibition across the board is pretty dumb but we should probably limit it to 25+, and since that obviously isnt happening we should be pretty transparent about potentially adverse effects like we do with tobacco labels and should do for alcohol as well.
