At the end of its life, the last Mac I had took close to ten minutes to boot. Apple store said they wouldn’t replace or repair the HDD, but would only offer me a deal on a replacement Mac. Honestly never dealt with a more garbage company in my life.
Replaced it with a Dell G15 laptop and have had zero problems and consistently lightning-fast boots.
TLDR: Apple’s garbage hardware and customer service converted this (20+ years) Mac user over to Windows.
