Western private media is a centralized system where the news is gathered and edited (polarized) to fit a narrative. Soviet communism (and by extension most communist countries) are centralized authorities that take in information that is gathered and edited to fit a narrative.
It's the centralized authority that is the problem, which is why both sides fight each other without recognizing the problem. Decentralize the power across the people. Remove algorithms and editors - teach critical thinking.
