Where does the "Germany must be nuked" thing come from?
If there is no option for peace, then it is same as declaring preference to be nuked. Germany will never permit Ukraine to be denazified or to abandon NATO aspirations, or abandon renazifying everything up to Crimea. He issues BS strawman that peace means no more Ukraine, when in fact, peace means Ukraine can rebuild peacefully, perhaps with Russia/China's help, if demonic NATO cult only wants to fund terrorism against Russia.
There won't be option for peace after Ukraine loses more territory either. The only option will remain war at huge Ukrainian expense.
