Got it on my phone and iPad. I went into settings and found where to turn it off. Maybe they are building their own ratings database or something, but it’s annoying to be asked to rate my own downloaded stuff.

Yeah, I've been getting those, too. I need to check the notification type in Android and just disable those notifications.
