What even looks AI here? It's a drawing of specific characters on top of a stock image, which would probably need a more specialized AI to do.

I think it's more likely that a person made a joke than an AI stumbled into one
Ai comics often feature outlined characters in front of a background. This is the only remotely sus choice.
