Any news on when Bob Odenkirk's remake of The Room is going to release?
I haven't been able to find anything written recently about the release date. It looks like it was originally supposed to come out in July.

That's probably a good guess. I figured since it's finished from a production standpoint, and it was made for a good cause, that it would have released anyways.
Writers have pledged not to promote new works during the strike. I wonder if this could be held back because of that. This would require that he has some kind of power in his contract to do so (as a producer, perhaps). But his career has been such that he might have that degree of control.
Heh. I saw this clip the other day. Just thought they were recreating a scene from the Room, not the whole movie! lol

Yeah! There's not a ton of info, and this clip is the only footage I've found. Hopefully it ends up releasing eventually. It looks incredible!
