I've found that the reflection of my blacked out phone screen is much more flattering than an actual mirror. The murky blackness leaves just enough to the imagination that you can see yourself much more easily.
Since I use games for gender-affirming escapism, usually black screens remind me of myself, which makes me depressed.
But yeah sometimes when I look at myself in a mirror, in the dark, I can imagine all sorta stuff, the little details *cough cough* facial hair are hardly noticeable :D

Take of your glasses and/or look at yourself in a mirror from very far away. That's how I try to see my self as feminine 💀
