Hi! I just joined. Slowly working on leaning FL2. I would love to be sub 45 seconds consistently. I would say my best solve occasionally dips below 60 seconds.

Don't memorize the F2L cases. Instead, do tonnes of untimed solves and understand how the pieces move.

Yeah! I haven’t been practicing as much as a should, but I think what I’m doing is referred to as intuitive F2L. It’s kinda funny because my partner who using the slower method can beat my time sometimes. But I figured I have to go slow with F2L before I can go fast. Applying F2L is fast, but identifying what’s can be paired up is a little slow for me.
