On vacation and my wife got a cocktail that seemed worth Sharing
It was tequila, lemon, thyme syrup, italicus liquor, soda water, and a smoke bubble. It tastes as good as it looks and we definitely got charged the instagram tax for its presentation.

I wasn’t watching them make it but I imagine it was just filler to hit a certain height in the glass. The drink wasn’t fizzy
I had a bottle of the Italicus but it was so sweet I couldn't calibrate it to use in a drink. Like either I couldn't taste it or the drink was too sweet, no in between.
ETA - that is beautiful looking.
