Too many Sovereign Citizens live there. They absolutely refuse to let the region be named, and threaten any politician who tries to do so. Supposedly, this is mandated in the Magna Carta, but scholars are unable to determine the part of the document which supports this reasoning.

They think that living in the “unnamed principality” (or the UP, as it is often called) lets them skirt all kinds of laws, but ironically, often demand a public defender when arrested for violating said laws.
