I went to the Smithsonian Institute in the 70’s. It was fascinating.
Now it just a sad fascist state promoter.
Will never believe or trust a single thing that is exhibited at the Smithsonian Institute ever again.
If I was in charge I would shut it down before letting the dictator say what is and is not allowed to save the reputation of the museum.
Tbf this is a pretty goofy take. Sure, the American History museum is compromised by this whitewashing admin. But I doubt they have changed anything at Air and Space, the Holocaust museum, at the art museums, or any of the many other museums that have nothing to do with this impeachment exhibit. The Smithsonian is like over 20 completely different museums
All exhibits will remain the same until they’re told by the child rapist or whoever else gets in later to change it. That is my point. How can it be trusted ever again if they give in so easily? I was around 10-12 when I went and not sure which one. My family called it the Smithsonian Institute.

The Holocaust is not just about Jews specifically. It's about systematic ethnic cleansing and genocide by a totalitarian autocratic regime. The holocaust perpetrated by the Nazis was, primarily but not exclusively, targeted at Jews. Doesn't mean the next one will be. And doesn't mean that parallels will not be rightfully drawn between the two events when it does happen again, Jews being the target or not.
And Trump has no love for Jews as a group either. He supports Isreal because Netanyahu kisses his ass. He loves anyone that kisses his ass because he's a pathological narcissist. That is including open antisemites that kiss his ass, of which there are plenty. He doesn't give a fuck about Jews as a people. In fact, all the left wing American Jews are on his shit list.

You're joking right? Maybe not yet. But you don't think the racist fascists in charge with their brand new concentration camps might eventually want to do a little cleanup of history lessons and exhibits to omit a few details that might cause people to draw some parallels to modern events?
Regardless though, the point is that a grain of obvious politically motivated lying means you will always wonder what else may be a less obvious lie or omission. Institutions like the Smithsonian operate on public trust. They've just lost it. They've lied before, they'll almost certainly lie again, so they're no longer trustworthy as a source.
