Anything can get a Wikipedia page if you can source the info, no?
Wikipedia does have rules requiring an amount of noteworthyness.
No I was blocked repeatedly from creating Wikipedia articles about a few different Japanese computing magazines. The mods there said the topic didn't merit an article.
