I guess their domestic Vinfast brand will see a surge in sales in anticipation of this legislation, but the transition might even be well on its way?

They'll get the motorcycle ban, then somehow the car ban will flounder or be walked back.
It's probably a good thing for Hanoi given how much air pollution is there.
