yes its warsow with bugfixes. They renamed it to avoid legal issues.
I also believe it is a fork of Warsow as you say. But I am not so sure if Warsow has any players today and I admit I didnt invest enough of my free time to find information about Warsow. Thank you for pointing to that. If someone is reading this wants the information on Warsow here is another link https://warsow.net/ . I will try to edit my first post and mention Warsow and Warfork together. I hope I can fix that.
Warsaw is practically unmaintained. The Warsaw owner cancelled the Steam release despite the greenlight succeeding, leading to many devs and most of the community switched to Warfork
