Company has a politically contentious client.
A person I know works for a company that does cellphone resale and refurb stuff. One of their clients was recently bought and is rebranding to a politically contentious brand that supports and is directly associated with the president of the US. This has upset lots of people around the company but they have been told “ this is a business decision, don’t bring politics into it”.
What is the best course of action to get upper management to address people’s concerns in a meaningful manner?
No matter what direction you take, document/record everything possible, because it probably isn't going to go your way, but you might find yourself with some leverage if you keep everything you can.
