Oh wow. 200k dead seems a bit exaggerated. Do they have a source on how this estimate is done?

it's from the Ukrainian MOD. Take it for what you will.

I saw other numbers closer to 20-40k (meduza i think), was just curious if MOD says how the estimate was done. Unfortunately during war MODs of either party are most likely exaggerating the numbers (understandably).
