Federal agents clashed with protesters during an immigration raid at a farm in Southern California, one of at least two large-scale raids in the region on Thursday.
The incident occurred outside of an agricultural farm along Laguna Road in the Camarillo area of Ventura County.

Town should call police to fight military. Why town do nothing?
Police officers as individuals are generally MAGA. If they were ordered to take up arms against ICE, well more than half would walk off the job by my guess.
Oh, and the mayor would be branded a traitor and be treated accordingly. So Democratic leaders are not exactly lining up around the block to pull that move.
If they refuse to do their job then perfect: fire them
Plenty of job openings with ICE and related gangs, so you would still end up having to deal with them.
There is a cost to change.... they still lose pension and seniority.
