Realizing how spoiled my dogs are with their two giant-ass crates taking up a third of my living room.
Anyway, crates are great to have. People who have never used them tend to unfairly look down on them--dogs generally like their crates. It's their safe space/den/bedroom. I use wire crates, but I bought canopies/curtains to make them cozy.

One of our beagles loves napping in his crate. Usually curled up in the back, though.
My husky has been reading over my shoulder. I'm pretty sure he just said, "Amen, brother."
