In los angeles there is a building, with like mid-century-gothic sign that wpuld be at home in a batman comic, called 'the gaylord hotel'. I think it's apartmemts now, but the ground floor is a cheap restaurant/bar, ancient terf islander navy themed, called the hms bounty.
The fact their signature drinks/dishes aren't called 'rum' 'sodomy’ and 'the lash' is a total failure of imagination.
