Toppings: Red bell pepper, orange carrot, yellow corn, green avocado, blue corn chips, and purple cabbage.

Those carrots need to be chopped finer. It looks difficult to eat like that. Besides that I wish I had one right now...

Is that cabbage pickled? If not, it should be. One of my favourite taco toppings.

It’s pickled! Had to get it extra purple! 🙌

In Baja it's common for fish tacos to have raw cabbage.

I like it raw too, of course.
