Is there a way to hide posts that i have already read?

I want to hide those posts that I have seen already. Also, is there an option to read on scroll?

Lemmy itself has a setting that does that. You have to log in on the website to change it.

Keep in mind that this will hide all of your own posts from you, including in your account view outside the saved posts view.
The app requires that you actually open the post to mark as read I think, then there's an option at the top right to hide read. They don't seem to auto hide and they come back on refresh
There is a setting that marks them as read on scroll.
But I need to click hide posts about 5 times a session
Yeah I have noticed that, it seems to only buffer a certain number of posts at a time and will only hide ones that are buffered and marked as read. Also thanks I'm gonna find and apply that setting. There's enough duplication that I'm certain if I wanna see something again I will
Huh, I hope I had that enthusiasm, I have had bad luck finding old content that I saw 😅
I definitely think Sync should buffer more posts in order to hide them quickly!
