Raichu 14/102 Shadowless Holo. Set symbol misprint
Help me identify this card, the set symbol appears to be incorrect and does not match the card number. Only Base Set was printed shadowless.

That holo pattern looks kinda weird, but it’s been awhile since I’ve seen that Raichu in person
I don't think holos ever looked like this. I'm pretty sure all three of the cards you've posted are fakes.
All three also seems to be missing spaces here and there.
I just came across this pattern of holo being disco holo. From potentially a test print.

TBH I just dusted off the binder of cards after 20 years. It's a shame if they are all fakes.
I think the font and bad set icons indicate fakes though. I wouldn't get my hopes up.
Ya I think you're right, after some more looking online I was even able to spot the set symbol is different. The tail end of the two does not match original symbols.
That's the 2nd edition of the base set. They reprinted more a few years later.
But the Raichu base set 2 number is 16/130. At least from what I can tell. Also the base set 2 never came in a holo format?
Then its a fake.
