The portland police airplane is continuously circling the ICE building in south waterfront next to the Tesla dealership in big wide circles counter clockwise. I suppose the circles over downtown and northeast portland post BLM are no longer a priority… Also it would be nice if there was an ordnance to keep them from making so much noise over and over again after midnight. Also that is a lot of fuel we are paying for. How much does it cost to keep an airplane flying 24/7 vs dispatching a helicopter when it is actually necessary?
