Scientists investigating the mummies ‘alien’ from Peru found inside one of them, known as Montserrat, the remains of a fetus.

The mysterious mummies were found in the Nazca Desert by local resident Leandro Rivera and sparked years of controversy over their origin.

Some researchers believe they are fiction, and the remains are dolls assembled from animal bones and modern glue.

Other researchers, however, suggest that the mummies found may be aliens from outer space.
