1532 - Core drilling a slab of bedrock on Mars

Not sure if this was successful, seeing a little sideways slip in the drill and possible break up of the upper layers of the rock. Need more of these raw HazCam tiles to get a better idea of what's going on during the entire coring process, but this is all we have so far....

I don't think so, but a better processed image and video shows a chunk of the bedrock was stuck between the drill and one of the drill stabilizer posts. See the improved video and highlight still image on this post by @65dBnoise :)

Still waiting for additional images, hopefully they'll show if the coring was successful and the condition of the drill
