Hope this gets Pixelfed the attention it deserves. The app has improved so much in the last few months.

Kbin/Lemmy is the only Fediverse thing I've been able to get into...Mastodon and Pixelfed just don't have the things/people I want to follow. I only use Mastodon here and there thanks to the bird.makeup instance which clones people's twitter accounts. If I didn't...that feed would be a ghost town...Is there one that clones Instagram for Pixelfed?

Defo check out firefish.social if you’re not into Mastodon. It’s got a lot of lovely features I wanted out of other mastodon apps.

Pixelfed for iOS (Beta) still refuses to upload any of my photos from my iPhone.

The apps are listed on the official website. The official app is in public beta, but I hope it gets a public release soon. You can follow @[email protected] on mastodon for updates. There are also 3rd party apps, but I haven't tried any.

Awesome! Now, if only I could move my Mastodon toots or PixelFed photos to another server. Sure, I can redirect my accounts, but then I’m stuck with the old content on another feed.

The backend capabilities are there. The front end for the Web view must be enabled by the admin and the mobile apps currently lack the feature.

Has this actually worked for anyone? I click on Review Uploads and the website either crashed or nothing happens.
