What about those people who can hold their breath for longer than two minutes?

What about the World record of about 10 minutes?

That depends a bit on the ruleset. According to Guinness (where hyperventilating with pure oxygen beforehand is allowed), it's 24:37.36. According to the freediving organisation AIDA (where pre-breathing oxygen isn't allowed), it's 11:35

Except, if you refuse to breathe, you won't die, you'll just pass out and start breathing again...which kinda kills the tension implied by the meme.

It never mentions breathing voluntary/consciously, though. It is technically correct

If you only took 1 breath every 2 minutes you would be what they call in France "le dead."

It doesn’t say you only breathe once every two minutes, though.

You just reset the timer more frequently than once every two minutes. It doesn’t change the fact you only have two minutes from each breath.

I can hold my breath for 4 minutes. Does that mean I'm technically living more life than the rest of you?

22

Might have a longer life expectancy.

But like for real, that probably means your body gets better oxygenation which would make you a bit healthier, on average.

With the essence of chlorine gas its again 2 minutes time without the reset part💀

@Technological_Burger, you don't die after 2 or more minutes, you pass out unconscious, it takes a minimum of another 5 more minutes, until the oxygen is used up and the brain no longer receives it, that's when you start to die.

You reached the end
