I've been saying for a long time now that he will probably end up hospitalized.
Except of course he is so rich, that the hospital will come to him and be installed in his own home, instead of him going to some hospital.
But now he is deteriorating so fast, and behaving so erratic that I wouldn't be surprised if you are right. Maybe not in the tub, could also be kidney failure or something else.
