I commend your willingness to push back against AI porn, as there is enough high quality porn made by actual people that we don't need to peddle in slop. But I would recommend doing a reverse image search or two before you make such a declarative statement again. If the picture predates the rise of generative AI, then it's not generated by AI.
Also, be aware that there are some older pictures that have been AI upscaled that can give a false impression.

Her name is Olga Kobzar, the pic is over 3 years old... it is likely retouched (as pretty much any pic online) but it's not AI generated

The mixing of the cyrillic and latin alphabets seemed off to me.
