The game is fun, if basic. However, I personally wrote off this dev. The paradox-style near endless trickle of DLC is completely unacceptable. Here's my bad language, but Fuck these devs.. just release a god-damned complete game, races and armies included.. Sell well and make a second game with better mechanics, actual diplomacy, and feature-complete.. even on sale, to get all the DLC it's still a bit over $100! Garbage practices equals no buy!

It is a solid 4x game with a 40k theme. There's also a ton of dlc, but if you don't have fomo, it's not so bad. The dlc has 2 flavors, unit packs that are pretty mediocre, and factions. It's a game where you buy the faction you want and if you really like something in a unit packs, wait for sales though.
