Question about a new community
I am a moderator on the subreddit r/illegallysmolbirbs, and we are considering creating a Lemmy Community. I am not sure if it would be on-topic for this community, so I figured I would ask you all if you think it would fit well here.

Illegally smol birds are absolutely welcome here!!!
Hiking in New Zealand I once came across a Rifleman (the bird not... you know...) Smallest native bird in New Zealand. I didn't know that at the time but have the shittiest, blurriest photo of this absolutely tiny dude just chilling on the path and it's still one of my proudest bird spottings.
