When as a kid, you fuck up but know you fucked up and feel bad about it instead of being oblivious or non caring about it yet your parents don't know because evrry other time you were still oblivious/uncarring and still yell at you trying to get you to understand erroniously.

third panel dad is the panel. it's more subtle, but i think it's more impressive at conveying the tone
