The only raw food that's really icky to touch is meat.
There are vegetarians on principle, vegetarians due to health issues, vegetarians for ecological responsibility.... and vegetarians at home by default, because touching raw meat is that nasty! Truly, I feel like I've found my people.
Raw chicken feels like it shouldn't exist.
Raw seitan is a nightmare as well.
Why is it getting my hands dirty feels awful but once it reaches a certain point I just stop caring and sometimes revel in it? Pick a lane!

It would make total sense my personality is vulnerable to such things. Perhaps dreams are Use-After-Free errors..
I love cooking and will have nitrile gloves or latex gloves on hand for anything with a word texture.
Can they be used multiple times if washed? I dislike the concept of single-use stuff
If you get some dishwashing rubber gloves instead, they'll be washable at the sink, last a while longer, and block slightly more gross textures, plus they have much longer cuffs
Show atlas 772's have been a game changer.
But the gloves themselves also feel yuck and damp. Directly compared its not as bad but its constant till you take em off.
