Hm, maybe I'm reading the title wrong... but if it's climbing at a slower rate (decreasing acceleration), it's snot slowing down (decreasing speed).

Edit: ah well, it's an early sign of slowing down, not really slowing down. OK, whatever gets a click. Got mine.
