Keep in mind that it's only 45 when it doesn't have gems in the slots. The gems have separate level requirements.
I slapped a runeword in it and didn't have any trouble :)

Open to build suggestions for it, I've been running Blood Spear since I hit T2 and it's cooking quite well now. Maybe I'll level an alt with it in mind, I doubt it would help this build more than Deathless Visage.
Any thoughts? I'm tempted to play Sorc again, but I've never leveled Rogue all the way and my god they can clear some endgame shit
Why's it called a Shako?
In Diablo 2, when it dropped, that was the name you'd see on the ground. Then it would be a Harlequin Crest in your inventory. It's a term for a kind of hat, which it doesn't resemble in any way but that's how it was coded.
Edit: not that I ever got one in D2 for that matter...
