Or is there any public reddit account shared online that could be used publicly?
Look for vpn that uses residential addresses or just buy some residential proxies.

I didn't post anything and I got banned immediately I think they simply shadowban all accounts created with VPN
what VPN did u use? It might be a less known one so reddit didn't have a ban on its IP
