I do this. My psychologist says it's a common ADHD thing.
No idea what I'm meant to do with that information tho.

I had never heard this term before but a quick read gives a tonne of context to much of my life in a way that makes a lot of sense!!

ADHD can be a catchall for a lot of other underlying issues.
