No idea in the slightest, so I looked up Igorrr and he's from France I still haven't got the foggiest clue based on wikipedia.
Found the "lyrics" here and still I'm none the wiser.

Igorrr is - in my opinion - the best thing to happen to metal in the last decade.
Ok ... I'm hooked (this being the first Igorrr I've heard) ... where do I start?!
I personnally started with the album Savage Sinusoid. It's the most 'death metal', I think. Then again the song you posted is from Spirituality and Distortion and it's also a great intro I think, probably a bit less weird
