Someone uploaded the call recording apk and it restored call recording that wasn't present in the global version. Some apps like the gallery are missing functions that are in the Chinese version. Apk mirror surprisingly doesn't have honor apps.

I'm not really sure I get what you're looking for, but one piece of advice: don't take APKs from strangers on the internet.

It is moreso you don't know what else has been added to the APK.
I think a much safer alternative would be to look on F-Droid for open-source apps fulfilling those tasks
