I can't tell if this is a weird rent seeking behavior trying to skim just a little bit more off of on-prem datacenters, and attempt to push people to azure to get the feature for "free", or another way to get companies to use Arc and make their servers phone-home more.

The pricing is so low it confuses me.

Good...I mean it's bad that windows server users are getting scammed, but the average user doesn't have windows server
