Just going to like Walmart or the grocery store and seeing kids screaming and throwing tantrums is like an IRL billboard for condoms.

Unfortunately, the billboard should have had an impact on the parents of these kids because they obviously can't raise a behaving child.
I get everyone is different but there are ways to raise a child to behave without either creating a little terrorist or resort to child abuse.
obvious inevitable exceptions aside, i'm pretty sure it can be boiled down to "don't reward them for being a shithead, don't raise your voice needlessly, and don't punish them per se (like, don't go out of your way to make them feel bad, just let them fuck about and find out. They have a tantrum and break a toy or device? yeah tough shit buddy, you'll get a new one but only after you've had some time to ruminate on how this happened.)"
I've come here for the sad rants about kids being terrible from people who were probably terrible kids.
